Hyatt Regency Malta

We were a group of 4 friends visiting Malta for the first time. Thanks to the great staff at the Hyatt and especially Nevena, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible, our vacation turned into a dream. The rooms are spacious, brand new and clean. The beds are super comfortable and the balconies are amazing with the best view towards the chapel. The rooftop pool is the place to be if you want to relax, with views to the ocean and a cozy pool. The spa and gym facilities were convenient and clean. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide assortment of food, great staff that always checked if we needed anything. Above all - Nevena - who is simply the kindest and most professional receptionist we have ever come across. She helped us with everything we needed during our stay. A big thank you for making our vacation unforgettable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta. No matter how many days you’re travelling to the country for, Hyatt Regency Malta is the perfect place to stay. The hotel itself is in an incredible location and all of the facilities at the complex are perfect for your needs. The site has live music multiple times through the week which just made an evening meal on the balcony of the room or at the front of the site that little bit more special. The staff at this hotel are incredible and will do their upmost throughout the day to make sure your stay is going as smoothly as it can be. Always smiling and greeting you whenever you see them which is a nice touch. A breakfast buffet is available from 6:30 to 10:30 every morning and has an incredible range of food and drink, definitely something for everyone considering there is also a menu which you can order breakfast dishes from such as smoked salmon and avocado on toast as well as a variety of egg options such as the Benedict. When it comes to the rooms, they are presented in a brilliant condition and cleaned on a daily basis with a full linen change on day 3 of your stay. The rooms are comfortable and have great storage space with a range of inbuilt facilities such as a safe, hairdryer, ironing board, massive flat screen TV, air conditioning and more. The site has two different pools, one on the lower ground floor within the spa complex and one on the 11th floor which is the rooftop accompanied by Ginger which is an outdoor bar serving a range of drinks and snacks. Both pools are perfect to relax, great sizes and always extremely clean. The temperatures in both are great for their surrounding climates. Throughout the week the hotel supplied us with a few complimentary items such as watermelon refreshers on the rooftop and champagne delivered to the room to celebrate our anniversary. I could continue writing this all day but there is only one word for this hotel and that is incredible.

Lovely modern building with generous bedrooms and amazing showers The hotel has a rooftop small pool and the benefit of a indoor pool which is open 24 hrs. Fabulous to be able to go for a swim at midnight, after a day spent travelling. The best feature is the staff who are amazing, reception, housekeeping and the lovely guys at the door Always a smile from them and wishing you a lovely day. This is the friendliest, best run hotel I have stayed in.

- Cleanliness is excellent! - The staff is very attentive to your needs and some of them even goes that extra mile to make your stay even more memorable. - The furniture positions in the room are very well thought. - The gym have everything you will need for a holiday workout. - The position of the Hotel is literally 2 walking minutes from Paceville but perfectly silent at night.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff which creates a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is well maintained and operated, a real credit to the day to day team. They pulled out the stops for my Wife's 50th borthday by adding something special to the room. On the basis of this visit we are certainly going to shortlist Hyatt Hotels for future stays elsewhere. The room was clean and well presented with the sea view absolutely splendid although the see through glass on the balcony was triggering for my vertigo! The air con was top notch and easy to control. Wifi easy to join and didn't appear to impacted by contention or dead zones for signal as sometimes can happen in hotel environments. Gym was good and the internal pool too! Lastly they have musicians on the pjazza most nights it seems and you end up relaxing on your balcony listening if you are not in the square itself, something a lot of the guests end up doing.
